Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CampusDine, we currently do not provide home delivery services. We operate on a pickup and takeaway model, allowing customers to conveniently collect their orders from our partnered restaurants.

Order Pickup Process

  1. Placing an Order:

    • Customers can browse menus, place orders, and make payments through campusdine.com
    • Once the order is placed, the restaurant/vendor is notified and begins preparing the food.
  2. Pickup Notification:

    • Customers will receive an order confirmation along with an estimated pickup time.
    • Once the order is ready, the customer will be notified via SMS or email.
  3. Collecting the Order:

    • Customers must visit the selected restaurant or outlet to collect their order.
    • A unique order ID or confirmation message must be shown at the pickup counter.

Delivery Policy

  • Currently, we do not offer home delivery services.
  • All orders must be self-picked up from the restaurant/vendor location selected at the time of ordering.
  • The pickup address will be provided in the order confirmation message.

Pickup Timings

  • The estimated preparation time for orders varies depending on the restaurant.
  • Customers are requested to pick up their orders within 30-45 minutes after receiving the ready-for-pickup notification to ensure freshness.

Non-Collection of Orders

  • If an order is not collected within the stipulated time, the restaurant may dispose of the food for quality and safety reasons.
  • No refunds will be provided for uncollected orders.
