CampusDine ("we", "us", "our") is a food discovery and delivery platform operated by CampusDine Private Limited, registered at 124, J-Block, Ashok Vihar Phase-3 Extension, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, 122001. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Delivery Partner app and related services ("CampusDine Partner Platform").

To ensure efficient delivery and compliance, we collect the following:

• • Account & Onboarding: Name, mobile number, email, profile photo, and date of birth.
• • Professional Documentation: Government IDs (PAN, Aadhaar), Driving License, and vehicle registration details to verify your eligibility to deliver.
• • Real-time Location: We collect precise background location data to assign nearby orders, provide navigation, and allow customers to track their deliveries.
• • Earnings & Payment: Bank account details, UPI identifiers, and records of your payouts and incentives.
• • Delivery Data: Order logs, delivery timestamps, distance traveled, and customer ratings/feedback.
• • Device & Usage: App version, device IDs, IP address, and crash reports to maintain app stability.

3) How we use your information

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• • Operational Necessity: To create your partner profile, assign delivery tasks, calculate earnings, and provide support.
• • Safety & Security: To verify your identity, monitor safe transit, and prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.
• • Legal Compliance: To fulfill tax obligations (GST/TDS) and respond to law enforcement requests.
• • Communication: Sending you order alerts, payment notifications, and critical platform updates.

4) Sharing your information

We share only the data necessary to facilitate the delivery ecosystem:

• • Customers & Restaurants: Your name, photo, and real-time location are shared so they can track the order progress.
• • Service Providers: Payment processors for your payouts and map/navigation providers.

• • Access & Correction: You may request a copy or correction of your profile and earnings data.
• • Location Permissions: You can disable location tracking via your OS settings, though the app cannot function for deliveries without this enabled.
