Is CampusDine only for campuses?
We started on campus at IIT Delhi, but today we also serve students & aspirants dense localities, offices, and tech parks. Our platform is designed for any high-density area where people need quick, reliable food delivery.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse nearby kitchens with real-time availability, customize your order, schedule pickup or delivery to a precise spot (hostel, gate, office bay), and track your order with live updates.
How accurate are delivery times?
We provide honest ETAs based on real-time data. We'd rather under-promise and delight than give inaccurate estimates.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and cash on delivery (where enabled). All digital payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways for security.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. All fees including taxes (GST), platform fees (convenience, delivery, surge/slot, small-order, packing) are clearly shown at checkout.
